Life after the Christmas fair

Life has returned to normal after the Christmas fair. It went well. People bought my wrist warmers, cards, brooches and boxes. The doll is sold, but not the mini-quilt, yet. I'll try again later. As for myself, I bought a little needle-felted mouse that stole my heart. And mum got me a delicious cupcake for the bath.

When I had recuperated a bit, I pulled out all my most cherished Christmas decorations, and now my little den is decorated. It feels good. :)

  1. Do you have a lucia celebration that you do? I love the mouse too.

  2. Yes! We celebrate Lucia on Monday. I'm impressed and very pleased that you've heard about this tradition! It's a pretty big thing, at least in the Swedish-speaking parts of Finland. We need all the light and cheer we can get this time of year!

  3. I used to work for a Swedish family who would dress up their youngest who would give oranges out. It was adorable.
